Is angelfish easy to raise?

Angelfish are relatively easy to raise, but certain water quality and environmental management are required. Angelfish don't have very high requirements for water quality and have strong adaptability. They can survive in slightly acidic soft water, and the suitable water temperature range is from 24 to 27 degrees Celsius. They mainly feed on animal baits, such as daphnia, tubifex worms, bloodworms and so on. It's appropriate to feed them 1 to 2 times a day, and the amount should be enough to make them 70% to 80% full. When changing the water, generally replace 1/4 to 1/3 of the total amount of water and slowly pour new water along the wall of the fish tank.

The living environment of angelfish is crucial to their health. They have a certain resistance to changes in water quality, but to ensure the best condition, it is recommended to use slightly acidic water (with a pH value between 6.5 and 7.0) and the hardness should be between 3 and 6. Besides, angelfish can be mixed with other small fish species, but they should avoid being mixed with fish that may bite others, like tiger barbs and guppies.

During the raising process, it's also important to regularly check the physical condition of the fish. Choosing healthy fry, paying attention to avoiding drastic changes in water quality, keeping the water temperature suitable, and regularly feeding an appropriate amount of bait can effectively reduce the risks of diseases and deaths.
